We constantly move between two ends of thousands of spectrums.
We inhale and exhale.
We move closer and we move further.
We feel good and we feel bad.
Something ends and something begins.
We Follow Cycles because the path on the way back is always different from the one on the way there. Even if it’s only a breath, the person who exhales is already different than the one who has just inhaled.
Join us to have a look at this ending-beginning through moving your body — and see what cycles you are bored of, which ones you are looking forward to go along again, and which ones you have no ideas about (yet)!
